Delivery & Returns

We at Tarikhology Books aim to deliver your item to you within 7-10 working days of receiving the order. 

Dispatch Time

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Second Class Delivery Service and usually takes 2-5 business days unless stated otherwise. We try to keep all delivery prices as low as possible so that we can offer our products at the best price possible.

We can arrange signed for delivery service allowing all items to be tracked for your peace of mind at an extra charge.

If you require an urgent delivery service please do get in touch. Please note that during our busier period’s, delivery may take longer than the stated 7 working day timeframe.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We deliver to the UK and can offer a international delivery. However this is at our discretion and only possible via request, please get in touch for a quote.

RETURNS

We gladly accept returns;
Contact us within: 24 hours of delivery
Return items back within: 14 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged due of the nature of these products, unless they arrive damaged or defective. They are:
Items on sale
Items that are sold as Used or Poor 

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If there is a manufacturing defect please contact us via email or contact form within 24 hours of receiving the product.

CANCELLATIONS

If for any reason you would like to cancel your order this must be done within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
